Part of the goals of a resistance economy is interdisciplinary, that is, it requires the cooperation of various actors in the field of policy and bureaucracy. The evidence presented in this paper shows that one of the obstacles to realize a resistance economy in Iran is the coordination failure which follows the issue of government failure in the public sector economics. This paper, while reviewing the theoretical framework of this phenomenon in the conventional literature, points to two categories of coordination failure in Iran and its effects on long-term performance indicators. Failure to implement industrial development policy, failure to improve productivity, failure to combat economic corruption, failure to manage foreign trade and imports, weakness in solving the problem of unauthorized credit institutions and lack of water governance are examples mentioned in this article. At the end, policy suggestions have been introduced to reduce the degree of coordination failures.

In the present article, Teaching Phonetic Topic in Russian Language at a bachelor degree was examined. The purpose of this study was to investigate the necessities, identify problems and provide solutions for them. The main questions are to find out the educational requirements and necessities in the field of Russian phonetic, whether these needs have been addressed in the undergraduate curriculum, and what challenges students face. In this paper, a library-based research, the nature of phonetics topics and the necessities that should be taught in this category are considered. Then field research was conducted among 140 undergraduate Russian language students. The results showed that students are weak in many phonological categories that have a direct impact on their speech. Proposals for optimizing the curriculum for phonology have been proposed to empower students.

Amongst long standing, and sometimes vexing debates around the scientific method, the explication and analysis of the concept of method received scant attention. In this paper, I have tried to suggest a clear account of the method. My proposed account is closely tied to the concepts of “descriptive ought/ought not” and “cognitive purposes.” In consequence, I have pinned down these two concepts. In the next section, I have indicated how logic is related to the scientific method. According to my suggestion, the logic differs from the scientific method in that the former fulfills a more general and comprehensive cognitive purpose than the latter. Logic is a precondition for gaining any sort of knowledge, that is, knowledge as such. On the contrary, the scientific method is required to obtain proper knowledge in a specific domain. Then, I have considered the sorts of relations there might be between ethics and the scientific method. In the last section, I have got into considering what my suggestions yield to when applied to social science.

From the beginning of the formation of Law, religion, faith and beliefs were considered as valuable and rich resources and inspiration for the purpose. For centuries rules defined by the church were both religion and law, the same situation as Iran before constitutional revolution. Legislators have always tried to find the solution for the problems of society in religious rules and system and represent it as law, as well as judges and jurists who were faithful to Islamic jurisprudence in practice, and a lot of judgments and judicial decisions are actually representations of commandments of Islamic jurisprudence. Even in some cases legal doctrine benefits from Islamic jurisprudence to explain and describe law articles.Nevertheless, some parts of our legal rules have kept distance from Islamic jurisprudence and are more close to western and European rules. On the one hand, some principles of constitutional law have made the domain of Islamic jurisprudence unclear. In the constitutional law of Iran, reliable Islamic sources and accredited religious injunctions are to explain and describe the defective or obscure articles, but the domain of Islamic jurisprudence for laws extracted from other legal regimes is in doubt. Thus, it is necessary to provide the framework for the domain of Islamic jurisprudence in positive rights, which we will be discussed in this article.

Studying and reviewing textbooks can be considered essential steps in any curriculum. Therefore, the present nationwide study evaluated the strengths and weaknesses of the book "English for 10th Degree of High School Students". So, 400 students and 40 teachers of the 10th degree from Hamedan, Mashhad, Rasht, and Ahvaz participated in this research by completing the questionnaire developed by Abdolvahab (2013). In order to confirm the validity and reliability of the research instrument, first, the mentioned questionnaire in the scale of 100 students and 30 teachers was tested so that the reliability or Cronbach's alpha was equal to 0.86, and its validity was proved by Factor Analysis. According to the results, teachers found the book appropriate regarding the themes and content; however, they regarded the appearance and the sociocultural aspects of the book weak. The students believed that the book is suitable in terms of its content, themes, and appearance. But, they believed the book is to some extent weak considering the listening skill and the sociocultural aspects. It can be concluded that, generally, the book is successful based on the appearance and application, in achieving its goals, content, and language skills, and it has attracted the attention of both teachers and students respectively.

The current work which is a booklet about the reflection of constellations in Islamic artworks has a valuable and significant title that is a very important subject in the studies of Islamic art. A subject that became artists’ concerns in the middle centuries of Islam and had allocated a huge mass of artistic motifs to itself. This book emphasizes the science of astronomy or astrology and in line with this so-called scientific process, has considered and analyzed motifs of twenty artistic objects that are kept in the Metropolitan Museum of New York. In this paper, to evaluate, approve, and correct the author's viewpoints, other researchers’ writings have been mentioned and used to supplement another point of view. Although the book has concept deficiencies and shortcomings, it has a novel and interesting subject and will be useful and desirable for researchers in the field of Islamic art.

The only translated book into Persian about the classification of archaeological chipped stones is one of the most important technical books named Technology of Knapped Stone by M. Louise-Inizan and colleagues. This book, which is a great source in English and French, is introduced and criticized in this article. Since the book is the only one of its kind available in Persian, its value for the sake of educational purposes is unequivocal, but the quality of the print in translated version is highly questionable regarding the layout, images quality, and graphic design. Another aspect that is criticized in this article is the quality of translation which has been discussed regarding the Persian equivalents chosen for the words describing lithics and the ambiguity of technical descriptions. As a result, proper selection and uniformization of the Persian equivalents of technical vocabulary are recommended.

A book review is an academic tradition to evaluate the thinkers' contributions to the field of research. It not only improves the reviewer's level of conscious reading, but also evaluates the context in which the book was written to form an opinion on the author's views. Therefore, a good review is more than just a summary of the contents. The present book review aims at describing and evaluating the book entitled Research in Language and Linguistics (Theoretical and Practical) by Ferdows Aghagolzadeh. In this way, it assesses the strengths and weaknesses of the book without any bias. By asking the question 'what issues of research methodology does the author raise in this book', the article tries to review the form and content of the book based on the descriptive-critical method. In addition to advantages such as observing rules and principles of writing and aligning the content with defined goals of the book, the shortcomings include not using a well-established method in providing the content and not classifying the research types based on purpose, research methods, levels and types of information.

Quality assessment of literary texts translation has always been irregular since some theorists believe that faithful translation to the original text is impossible. Therefore, through time, various theories for literary texts assessment have been created. In this paper with the comparative study of the value system of Lorca's "The moon" romance discourse and its Persian translation by Shamloo, has been emphasized the importance of discourse and context in the analysis and translation of literary texts, via investigating the factors such as assumption, previous background, utterances, the principle of cooperation, connection and coherence and theme. Besides, it has been shown that to what extent the translator could remain faithful to the source text by observing the discourse and context of the target language; as in this way Shamloo in the translation of “The moon” romance, has preserved all the linguistic coherence and also established rhetorical coherences except in one case. Therefore, by assuming that we know the necessity of paying attention to the discourse and context of the source-language and target-language in translation, Shampoo’s translation of “The moon” romance could be considered a faithful translation to the original text.

These shortcomings are classified, exemplified, and discussed by numerous sentences, phrases, and technical and ordinary terms and words as well. The main arguments are discussed under the following subjects: imprecise translation, vague or wrong translation, difficult reading, and inconsistencies in translation. Perhaps, the most obvious problem of the reviewed book is verbatim or literal translation. Lacking rightful and clear understanding of the original text is another major pitfall of the translated book. A second edition, "in conformity with the manuscript of 1957", edited by Gioacchino Lanza, comes out in 1969. In 1959, the Leopard won the prize "Strega". Subsequently the novel becomes a bestseller and is translated into the whole world even in Persian. Despite the great passion for history and foreign novels, particularly French, Tomasi is dedicated to fiction only in the last years of his life.In this article, we will focus on the topics covered in the book and in particular the context in which the changes brought to Sicily are developed: expedition of the Thousand and the italy's unification.

For many years, Iranian and non-Iranian archaeologists have conducted archaeological research in the peripheral territories of the Persian Gulf as well as its depths, and they have gained valuable achievements. These achievements are mostly in the form of papers, most of which are in English. There are several books on this area, which are published in English. Although some books have also been written by Iranian and non-Iranian scholars, the lack of a comprehensive monograph on the Persian Gulf from the archaeological point of view has been very tangible and obvious. Recently, a Persian book titled, Archaeology of the Persian Gulf in the Parthian and Sassanid Eras, has been published in Persian, encompassing surveys, excavations, and studies conducted by archaeologists in the northern and southern parts of the Persian Gulf in two broad periods of Iranian history, i.e. the Parthian and Sasanian eras. Therefore, the importance of the subject and national sensitivity of the Persian Gulf region justifies the need to evaluate and review the afore-said volume. A critical look at this valuable work reveals some shortcomings in literary editing, coherence, and logical intra-chapter and inter-chapter order of the material, long titles of some chapters, lack of congruency and concordance between the titles and the content in some chapters, an imbalance in dealing with the background of north and south coastal studies in the Persian Gulf in terms of the sequence of chronology, and the existence of few deficiencies in referencing and indexing.

Accordingly, the forthcoming, not too distant, in the "Council for the Study of Texts and Textbooks" seems to be the focus on examining the content of electronic textbooks along with printed books. The initial step in criticizing electronic content is identifying features, functions, and requirements of an electronic syllabus. The purpose of this research is to review the requirements and the production of academic electronic content in the field of history. This is an attempt to get an idea of how these works are appropriately criticized. A part of these studies is about how to use multimedia facilities in electronic content to teach history at the university. Based on this, the main issue of this study is how to align history teaching with the capabilities, methods, and tools of education in the electronic education system and electronic content. This study was conducted using descriptive-analytical method. This study showed that the nature and content of the history courses are very much aligned with e-learning. The data from this research can be a useful tool for developing a critique of electronic content, especially in the field of history.

Literary figures or rhetorical ornament are those devices which are employed by men of letters to adorn their language. These figures are not a part of language but are the product of time and environment where language grows and flourishes. Considering the closeness of Persian and Arabic languages and the existing evidence one can say that almost all Arabic literary figures are also used in Persian. The way these figures are introduced in Persian shows that they are presented sometime withThe same names and functions as in Arabic;Name less used in Arabic;New names or a translation of Arabic names;Somehow altered function;A completely different function. In this research it is shown, however, that some Arabic literary figures are not used in Persian. In Persian there are some figures which the Persian speakers have borrowed from other languages and aren’t mentioned in ancient Arabic books written on this subject. On the other hand, modern authors pay less attention. In her study of some samples the researcher in this article highlights the relationship between the science of rhetoric and this science showing that in both languages the issues of the above science deal also with literary figures. The article finally proves that rhetoric for the first time was introduced as an independent science in Arabic language and the speakers of Persian followed the Arabic example.

Model loops include: leadership and management, decrease dependencies, modifying structures, infrastructure development, people-centered and communications, and global interactions. The structure of the book is news-based and sermon, and economic analysis has not been used. The lack of use of up-to-date statistics, measuring instruments in economics, and inadequate analysis of the structure of the Iranian economy, are its shortcomings. In general, the book can be used to gain general information on the resistance economics and the problems of the Iranian economy. One of the most important issues in Islamic economics is how to generate theories and to criticize and praise common economic theories. Research Institute of Hawzah and University and SAMT organization have attempted to take a step forward in this field publishing the third edition of the Book of Scientific Islamic Economics Theory Building in 2012, written by Hojatoleslam Hassan Aghanazari. In this book, the author seeks to provide a way for theory building in Islamic economics by combining the teachings of Islam and the scientific method derived from the philosophy of science, but he faces two fundamental problems: Firstly, Islam, in practice, reduces to dos and don’ts, and thus its existential and epistemic propositions are prevented from playing a role in economics; secondly, by accepting experience as the evaluator and the criterion of being scientific, a proposition extends to the empiricism and its weaknesses, of course, the jurisprudential and ideological discussions of the book, especially the subject of constructions are considered as a step forward in the books of Islamic economics. To illustrate the possibility of theory building in Islamic economics, the book offers two concrete examples of this, though these two theories are more likely to be the Islamization of current economics. Therefore, the present book needs to be thoroughly revised to become an appropriate textbook in the field of Islamic economics.
