The purpose of this research is to evaluate, criticize, and analyze the book in the field of teaching. The analytical method is used in book evaluation. The first example of the book Teaching and Learning Skills (Teaching Methods and Techniques) is the first volume by Hassan Shaabani. The textbook has been studied based on the content and format of academic textbook critique, textbook review, and humanities textbook review. Based on the research findings, this book has some advantages and disadvantages such as the introduction of goals and objectives at the beginning of each chapter, the use of tables and diagrams, the presentation of conceptual models at the beginning of each chapter, students’ professional needs, as well as shortcomings and weaknesses such as lacking a persuasive educational model, lack of new scientific findings, inadequate presentation, lack of motivational and critical thinking questions, and repeated disruption of some book topics with other related lessons. The other shortcomings include how to cite, overlooking new sources, adjust abstract, volume, and book cover design which are inappropriate to reduce book productivity and efficiency for the audience.

Many lexicographers, commentators and correctors of Shahnameh have considered the words "Junagh" and "Junna" as one word and have used them instead of each other; However, paying attention to the contextual context, in-text cues, and a comprehensive look at the verses in which these two words appear, indicate that in Shahnameh these two words are not one word but are two words with two different meanings. Although the main purpose of this study is to correct verses from the scientific-critical correction of Jalal Khaleghi Motlagh, the authors, referring to other corrections of Shahnameh such as: Moscow, Jules Moll, ancient letter and Azizullah Jovini Shahnameh, tried to show and eliminate the errors in these corrections. Through this study, it was concluded that the words "Jenagh" and "Jana" have the ability to associate with the words "Leopard (Palang)" and "Choob e Khadang", respectively, and not paying attention to the different meanings of these two words, their companion capacity and avoiding relying on the Florence version, Khaleghi Motlagh did not follow the right path in correcting two verses in which these two words appear. In this research, in addition to correcting those two verses, the problems found in other corrections of Shahnameh were also pointed out. Also, in line with the discussion, a verse of Barzunameh of Shamsuddin Mohammad Kosaj was corrected.

One of the most important issues in civil law is the issue of “Conditions in the contract”. The condition here is a sub-agreement in addition to the main contract, and such a condition is by nature a legal act. In the Iranian Civil Code, the provisions regarding the condition are stated in Articles 232 to 246. The source of inspiration for the provisions of this law is the French civil law and the books of Imami jurists. Nevertheless, because in the French civil law, an independent and coherent issue is not assigned to the conditions, the legislator has adapted all the rulings regarding the conditions from the books of Imami jurists. Therefore, to fully understand it, you should refer to these books. The book, entitled Advanced Civil Law - Analytical the Conditions in the Contract, written by Hassan Rahpik has dealt with this issue. Although this valuable book contains significant analysis and to some extent has been able to present the subject in a correct and understandable way, its critical review, both in terms of form and content, reveals some of its shortcomings and inadequacies. Therefore, it can be useful in future reforms if these suggestions aretaken into account.

Some of the articles of Iran's international private law concerning the conflict of laws, which are reflected in articles 5 to 10 in the first volume and 956 to 975 of the second volume of the Civil Law, have suffered from at least one of the following problems: 1) uncertainty and brevity of some articles and the differences in judicial interpretations: these ambiguity and brevity of some articles lead to different scientific and legal interpretations and therefore, conflicting judgments. It seems that the arguments of the holders of these views are not strong enough to force the proponents of competing viewpoints to accept them. The interpretation of 'reduction of the lower grade' mentioned in article 973 of the Civil Law can be enumerated as one of the examples of these cases. After decades of legislation, the continuation of this situation seems unreasonable. Clearly, the problem with scientific interpretations cannot be solved by convention and consensus like administrative problems. So, it is necessary to solve this problem basically by logical and judicious interpretation and analysis of this case, revision in some related legal articles and clarified rewriting of these controversial articles. 2) The legislation problem: some other articles, assuming the clarity and lack of ambiguity, are suffering from the problem of non-compliance with legislative logic in the Islamic Republic of Iran. For instance, they are not benefitted from full compliance with Islamic teachings as much, and the duty of protecting Iranian nationals is not taken into consideration as well. The single article approved in August 1933 related to the personal status of non-Shia Iranians and articles 6, 7, 963 to 965 of the Civil Code are examples of such cases. This paper aimed at explaining some of these problems and proposing amendments concerning these articles.

Roger Trigg’s Understanding Social Science does a good job of criticizing positivist and deterministic approaches to social science, either biological, social, or psychological. In the context of critical realism, Trigg criticizes in a good and detailed way many of the common dichotomies, amongst which naive realism / non-realism is most important. Although Trigg attempts to go away from positivistic and non-critical methodologies, and in result opens up a way for rational evaluation and judgment, as we shall see, he does not develop his methodology very well; moreover, his understanding of what society is and what social structures and realities are made of may endanger the empirical aspect of his methodology. Furthermore, it seems to me that some of Trigg’s arguments in the field of rationality are ambiguous and do not go far enough in the critique of constructivists’ and relativists’ attitudes.

Proper understanding of the social and political situation and wise confrontation with it based on the Islamic standard system is one of the basic goals of the field of political and social education in the document of fundamental change. One of the main ways to achieve this field in the education system is through Persian textbooks, and the elementary school has an important place in shaping the individual and social personality of students. This research seeks to examine the position of this field in elementary school Persian books with the method of content analysis to show the level of attention to the components of political and social education. The statistical population is Persian books for the elementary school in the first to sixth grades. The findings of the research indicate that despite the emphasis of the Persian Book Writing Planning Council, the authors of Persian books have not paid attention to this area as much as they should, and some books, such as the first and second grades of elementary school, pay less attention to these areas per year. The final stages of this course are discussed more. The highest level of attention in six years was related to "acquaintance with national and religious historical heroes and respect for the national symbol" related to the field of political education with 37 cases and the lowest level of attention was related to the two components of "keeping other people's secrets" and "national, local and Global »has been in the field of social education with three cases.

The book The Concept of Criticism in the Modernist Movements in the Arab World has been reviewed. The most important criticism of this book is that it has inconsistent claims, while the author intends to discuss the criticism, he forgets that criticism is a modern action and therefore suffers from traditionalism and postmodernism. Throughout the book, and in spite of propositions that evoke hope for critique and progress, the author is either caught up in traditionalist retrogression or preoccupied with postmodernist bizarre and pompous gibberish. These two factors have led the author, from another point of view, to consider criticism as matter related to the realm of philosophy of consciousness: as if the Arabs reach a critical stage in their mentality and subjectivity, their societies will also prosper and get progressed. These contradictions are especially evident in the fact that the author does not pay attention to modern values (freedom, happiness, and integrity). Any research on criticism that does not appreciate the practical results of modernity cannot be considered serious and honest research. This is the focus point of this article. In order to critique this cognitive disorder, I have examined the book by the method of hermeneutics of suspicion.

Although the book is generally a collection of invaluable high-quality illustrations to introduce to some handicraft workshops, like any scholarly work, it has some formative and content deficiencies that have been attempted to criticize it critically. This research has explained the relevance of the library to some non-scientific propositions that mislead the reader (artists) and move from one research to another. In this regard, the following shortcomings and critical comments will be expressed in each of the following issues.

The great tendency of contemporary Arab fiction literature critics to new approaches of Western criticism, especially in the last decade of the twentieth century and concerns about the severance of their relationship with the old Arabic critique and the urgent need of Arab libraries for works on criticism of critiques, made the Syrian Abu Heif to write the book “New Criticism of Story, Novel and Narrative in Arabic Literature”. This research examined Abu Heif’s criticism method based on two methods of reading the work and descriptive-analytical approach and has reached the following results: The way the eight chapters of the book are presented in a very eloquent pen, illustrates that it has had a pre-determined engineering and the content topics have a logical and acceptable sequence. The data and examples in this book are vast; and in fact, Abu Heif has turned his book into an encyclopedia. Despite the fact that Abu Heif did not consider specific criticism criteria to criticize other critique works, and this is one of the main drawbacks of the book, his analysis of different critique works has a very solid base and is convincing for the reader. Citing of almost 500 works by critics from different Arab countries could be a strong reason for his lack of prejudice in using critical evidence.

This book was authored in 2011 by Gharamaleki, Derakhshani, and Rezaei Sharif-Abadi and published by SAMT (The Organization on Researching and Composing University Text Books in Humanities) publications. Using the conceptual analysis method, I tried to go over from extensions to conceptions and took a theoretical perspective on professional ethics. At first, I offered an analytical bibliography about references close to this work and drew its position among them, and undertook a critique about its form, format, and formal condition. Then, the main parts of the critique include an unclear shift from consequentialism language and term toward right-based term, imbalance conceptualizations, lack of concern to rights of all players of library domain, the need to take more attention toward marginal groups, the need to take policymaking approach about ethical problems, the problem of the chaotic state of the definition of librarianship in some sections, the need to study more ethical models and references.

A worksheet utilizes to review textbooks and university books of the Iranian council for reviewing books and text on human sciences. A critical review of the research included the author, appearance, structure, and content of the book. According to the findings, in the international academic community, David is not recognized as thoughtful in the strategic field. David's book has a good logical structure, and from a scientific point of view, it has a legitimate gain. Also, the book chapters are well organized based on substance, and the author has attempted to incorporate the main topics of his model completely in different parts of the book. In terms of content quality, the book is desirable from the reader's point of view (not from the attitude of an executive). The main advantages of the book, for-profit approach of the presented tools, and the main weakness of the book can be considered in the lack of expression of scientific principles and views of experts in the field of strategic management in the book chapters. There are also problems with translating the original text and problems in Persian literature and writing.

Nicholas Luhmann's systems theory as a social theory has created a good perspective for understanding the social system and the modern world. Theory of Systems and Paradigm Shift in Sociology compiled and translated by Ali Ardestani is an important work about Luhmann. This work contains five articles by Nicholas Luhmann entitled: Changing Paradigms in Systems Theory, New Systems Theory, Society Theory, Modernity of Science, Globalization, or the Global Community: How to Understand the Global Community, Speech and Silence, and three articles by other authors entitled Why Systems, Heritage Luhmann is the foundation of the social systems. By focusing on social theory, communication theory, and evolution theory as the main elements of system theory on the one hand and placing the social system in relation to the environment of both the modern world and the world community on the other hand, the work in question has provided an acceptable explanation of systems theory. However, the work in question is not without flaws; poor coverage of topics, as well as incomprehensible translations and equations, are notable. Therefore, in the leading article, while explaining the theory of systems, which constitutes the main content of the book, it is reviewed in three parts: form, content, and translation.

Today, thinkers and policymakers envision new roles for human resource management, one of the most important one is “competency-basing” in all functions of human resource management from planning and selection as input processes to the development and maintenance and output processes of human resources. The purpose of this article is to review the Competency-Based Human Resource Management book by David Dubios et al. The book is reviewed and criticized based on two methods of formalist critique that focuses on form - elements such as structure and writing- and research critique that gives originality to the content, and also based on the criteria of the Iranian Council for Reviewing Books and Text on Human Sciences. Findings showed that the main strengths of the book are having a theoretical and practical perspective, paying attention to the organizational context in the application of competencies and confronting and comparing traditional with competency-based human resource processes. This work also has points for improvement, the most important of which are the lack of up-to-date references despite the reprint of the book, issues unrelated to or less related to the main concept of the book, and the need to explain new methods of human resource management processes in the competency-based approach. In the end, based on the findings, suggestions were made in two headings of form and content.

However, the conceptual ambiguities and implementation problems of this single article caused the legislator to repeal the previous single article by approving a new article in 1398.This article is an attempt to illustrate the article’s strengths and weaknesses by reconsidering the “critical-corrective” nature of the new single article, and especially to explain its incompatibility with the forty-first principle of the constitution; it is finally suggested that due to the truth and nature of citizenship and more compatibility with Article 41 of the Constitution, maternal lineage, like paternal lineage, secure the Iranian citizenship to the child.

Exploring the humanistic intellectual ideas, one should, first of all, get acquainted with the different methodological approaches, for which some authors are the exemplars in reality. This is true for explorers in the domain of political thought, especially the ones who are interested in hermeneutical methodological approaches. They would surely find Quentin Skinner’s approach towards the author-context hermeneutical methodology (applied in The Foundations of Modern Political Thought) very interesting. Due to its author’s unique methodological approach towards understanding features of political thought, the publication has been considered as one of the most influential texts in contemporary academic exploration in political thought. Indeed, the author, Quentin Skinner, not only provides valuable information about the how-ness of the development of modern political thought but also makes evaluation of his author-context hermeneutical methodology possible. Reviewing the book’s features, including the shape and content, the present study attempts to critically explore the methodological foundations and different aspects of Skinner’s author-context hermeneutics, and thus, evaluate The Foundations of Modern Political Thought.

Among the advantages of this book, we can refer to the views, theories, empirical backgrounds, case studies about the city, and consumption. The translation and writing of the book, despite providing important information about cities and consumption categories, need some critics, including the fact that despite the second edition of the book, the literary editing of translated texts was ignored and the inaccurate translation from the original texts is considerable. To the extent that some of the translated parts are incompatible with the original text of the book. Also, the content of the book does not provide a comprehensive explanation of the relationship between cities. In other words, the book has no theoretical or methodological presuppositions and the chapters are not formulated based on the main aim of the book. Jayne failed to explain the consumer and consumption status in the relationship between the structure of the political economy and the formation of the modern city and consumer society. He only considers consumption as an independent variable that is used by the consumer as a tool in shaping the modern city and everyday life; A claim that is not followed or substantiated in most parts of the book. Also, since the book is released in 2006, the statistical information and empirical backgrounds are not up to date.

The foundations are the basis of the structure of reasoning in theoretical discussions. Therefore, adopting the basics in each issue establishes a different result. This is reflected in the substantive civil rights discourse, which is largely based on Islamic jurisprudence. One of the major drawbacks of previous writings that contemporary jurists have sought to resolve is the separate public rules from proprietary rules. Dr. Katuziyan is one of those who attempted to do this by writing the general rules of the contract. Despite a worthy and commendable effort in his books, the textbooks of law courses at universities in Iran are not devoid of the mentioned forms and the general rules which are also found in the specific rules. This is not a problem itself, and all the discussions and content take much time and work to get to maturity. What seems as a disadvantage is the failure to adopt a single foundation and, as a result, construct multiple buildings on the same issues. This article discusses some of these anxieties.

Then by using Spurr’s (1993) model of rhetoric analysis, I tried to extract sample sentences from important sections of the book that explicitly have rhetorical acts and categorize them. Among the arts of the Islamic era, pottery is one of the most diverse and attractive arts, which has always been considered by archaeologists and Islamic art researchers. Therefore, many specialized books and catalogs have been published in various languages about this art and its introduction in a variety of ways, many of which have been compiled based on the works of a private collection or museum. The present paper seeks to review the translation of one of these books, which is actually a volume of a multi-volume collection dedicated to the introduction of Islamic artworks in Nasser Khalili collection. A careful review of the translation of the mentioned book, which has been published under the title of "Islamic Pottery", indicates that this work, despite its remarkable print quality and the fluency of the text in some parts, has some serious deficiencies and weaknesses in its translation and edition. From among the most significant weaknesses, serious and numerous problems in recording proper nouns, especially the geographical names and the names of ancient sites, the translator’s unfamiliarity with the technical terms and vocabulary of Islamic pottery and art, errors and ambiguities in translation, and ultimately the editor’s biased and erroneous explanations can be mentioned.

Ruh ol-Arwah fi Sharh Asma al-Mulk al-Fattah by Shahab al-Din Abu al-Qasim Ahmad ibn Mansour Sam'ani (487-534 AH) is the oldest independent work in Sharh Asma' Allah in Persian, which has had a direct impact on some literary and mystical works, including Kashf ol-Asrar Meybodi. The prose of this book is fluent, smooth, and at the same time poetic, and sometimes it has used melodic or eloquent prose to express mystical concepts. This book is full of literary, lexical, linguistic and mystical benefits. Najib Mayel Heravi first published this book based on five manuscripts in Elmi va Farhangi publications in 1368, which has been reprinted several times. Unfortunately, this correction is not without its flaws, and there are many bugs in it. The present paper has tried to carefully confront the printed text with the corrected copies and to show some of the main drawbacks of this correction, including inclusions, misreadings, corrections and non-observance of the principle of fidelity in correcting texts. The result of this research indicates that due to the numerous problems that have arisen in the text of the Spirit of the Souls, it is necessary to correct it again.
