چکیده

با توجه به اهمیت طراحی آموزش و نقش آن در ایجاد محیط یادگیری مؤثر، امروزه سازمان‌های مختلف تجاری، صنعتی، خدماتی و بسیاری از مراکز آموزشی به طراحی آموزشی توجه خاصی مبذول داشته‌اند. به‌ رغم گسترش روزافزون طراحی آموزشی در مجامع علمی جهانی، منابع علمی و متون درسی معتبر به زبان فارسی که نیازهای متخصصان و دانشجویان را برآورده کنند انگشت‌شمارند. کتاب طراحی آموزش اثربخش منبع سودمندی است که در سال‌های اخیر در اختیار متخصصان، کارشناسان، و دانشجویان قرار گرفته است. در این مقاله کتاب مذکور نقد و بررسی شده است. در دیدی کلی، طراحی آموزش اثربخش به منزلة کتاب درسی دانشگاهی، افزون بر ویژگی‌های مثبت شکلی، از امتیازهای محتوایی نظیر جامعیت، غنای علمی و هم‌چنین اثربخشی آموزشی برخوردار است. مؤلفان در این کتاب الگوی طراحی آموزشی را ارائه کرده‌اند که برگرفته از مبانی علمی و هم‌چنین سوابق تجربی آنان است. وجود بخش‌های متنوع سبب شده است که این اثر افزون بر علمی بودن ویژگی آموزشی بودن را نیز داشته باشد. در کنار مزیت‌های یادشده، کتاب معدود کاستی‌هایی دارد که در این مقاله ذکر شده‌ است.

Today, in many business, industrial, and services organizations and other training institutes, there is growing attention to instructional design benefits and its use in creating effective learning environments. Although the field of instructional design in the global scientific community has developed, however, there are not enough resources in the Persian language in this area; resources that can meet the needs of professionals and students. "Designing Effective Education" is one of the best resources are translated to Persian. In this paper, the book has been reviewed and criticized. From a general point of view, the book -as an academic textbook- apparent positive features and content and instructional effectiveness. The authors of this book have offered a model of instructional design based on scientific principles and their experiences. This book is not only a scientific book, but also an educational textbook. In addition to the favorable properties, the book has a few shortcomings which are described in the article.
