چکیده
کتاب فرهنگ‌نویسی: مبانی نظری و کاربردی حاوی مقالاتی درباب فرهنگ‌نویسی به‌قلم گروهی از فرهنگ‌نویسان معروف و معتبر است. فرهنگ‌نویسی مدرن در ایران علمی نوپاست و آثار منتشرشده در این حوزه در زبان فارسی اندک‌اند. این امر و نیز وجود برخی اشکالات در انتخاب و ترجمة این مقالات نگارنده را بر آن داشت تا، ضمن برشمردن نکاتی چند، نظر خواننده را به پاره‌ای از این موارد جلب کند و وی را در انتخاب اثری مناسب با نیازهای خود یاری کند. در این مقاله، ویژگی‌های این کتاب از دو جنبة صوری و محتوایی موردبررسی قرار گرفته و بیان شده است که اشکالاتِ موجود عمدتاً به انتخاب مقالات و هم‌سطح‌نبودن آن‌ها، اشتباه‌بودن برخی معادل‌گذاری‌ها، و رعایت‌نکردن یک‌دستی در آن مربوط می‌شود.

چکیده [English]
Lexicography: Theoretical and Practical Issues contains articles on lexicography by a group of reputable lexicographers. Modern lexicography in Iran is a new science, and there are few published works in this field in Persian. This, as well as some shortcomings in the selection and translation of these articles, prompted the author to refer to a few points and draw the reader’s attention to some of these issues in order to assist him in choosing the right work for his needs. In this critique, the features of this book are examined in terms of both formal and content aspects. In this review, the drawbacks of the book are mainly attributed to the selection of the articles and their non-alignment, the incorrectness of some of the equivalents, and their lack of uniformity.
