Social science theorists cannot escape from resorting to a concept and theory of justice in order to prove or justify their theory in any of these sciences. In the analysis of each theory of justice, three factors are considered: • First, the basis of justice: what does the theory think about the basis of justice? The answer to this question also identifies the methodology of the theorist of justice in explaining his or her conception of justice.• Second, the scope of justice: What is the scope and area in which the theory of justice is offered?• Third, the definition of justice: What does the concept of justice represent?Rawls, in the Theory of Justice, has tried to answer all three questions, and the same integrity makes Rawls' theory of justice, among remarkable ideas of justice in recent decades. In this paper, while introducing the general structure of the book and a brief reconstruction of his theory, criticisms of the book, with emphasis on two factors - the scope and the definition of justice - in Rawls theory, are discussed.}, keywords = {The theory of justice,John Rawls,the principle of difference,the veil of ignorance,Original position,the reflective equilibrium}, title_fa = {بررسی و نقد کتاب نظریۀ عدالت جان رالز با تأکید بر قلمرو و تعریف عدالت}, abstract_fa = {می‌توان ادعا کرد موضوع عدالت مستند و مبنای نظریات و مبنای تدبیر امور در ساحت حیات اجتماعی انسان است. نظریه‌پردازان برای اثبات یا توجیه نظریة خود، در هر حوزه از علوم اجتماعی، از تمسک به مفهوم و نظریه‌ای درباب عدالت گریزی ندارند. در بررسی هر نظریۀ عدالت سه موضوع و مؤلفه موردتوجه و بررسی قرار می‌گیرد: اول، مبنای عدالت: نظریۀ مذکور مبنای عدالت را چه می‌داند؟ پاسخ به این سؤال روش‌شناسی نظریه‌پرداز عدالت در تبیین مفهوم مورد‌نظر خود از عدالت را نیز مشخص می‌کند؛ دوم، قلمرو عدالت: نظریة مذکور عدالت را در چه حوزه و قلمرویی طرح می‌کند؟ سوم، تعریف عدالت: نظریة مذکور چه مفهومی از عدالت را ارائه می‌کند؟ رالز در کتاب نظریۀ عدالت تلاش کرده است به هر سه سؤال مذکور پاسخ دهد و همین جامعیت موجب می‌شود نظریة عدالت رالز ازجمله نظریات قابل‌توجه عدالت در دهه‌های اخیر باشد. در این مقاله، ضمن معرفی ساختار کلی کتاب و بازسازی اجمالی از این نظریه، نقدهای وارد به کتاب، با تأکید بر دو موضوع و مؤلفة قلمرو و تعریف عدالت در نظریة رالز، بحث و بررسی می‌شوند.}, keywords_fa = {نظریۀ عدالت,جان رالز,اصل تفاوت,آزادی,منصفانه}, url = {https://criticalstudy.ihcs.ac.ir/article_2690.html}, eprint = {https://criticalstudy.ihcs.ac.ir/article_2690_1a4343e2981d18534280a325ebee2abb.pdf} }
