The purpose of this article is to critically review the book Fundamentals and Theory of Religious Knowledge Management and its Applications by Hassan Ali Nemati Shamsabad. In this article, an attempt was made to critically and unbiasedly critique the book with a descriptive-analytical approach, citing evidence and documents based on the evaluation criteria introduced by the Council for the Review of Humanities Texts and Books. The tool of critique of the worksheet was the critique of the textbooks and academic books of the Council for the Review of Humanities Texts and Books. Criticisms were presented in both form and content. Accordingly, the main strengths of the book are the comprehensiveness of the content, systematic approach, coherent and structured view of the issues, compatibility of the work with Islamic wisdom and modeling in scientific-academic sources according to Islamic sources. One of the shortcomings and points that can be improved in the book is that it has a theoretical rather than practical effect. This article tries to add to the richness of the book's topics by looking critically at the formal and content dimensions of the work and relying on research citations.

Policy analysis is a way to formulate and identify problems in order to search for possible solutions. For this purpose, the book Analysis of Public Policy: Concepts, Approaches, Models, and Processes, Tehran: University of Tehran Press. 2018. 272 p. ISBN 6-7092-03-964-978 has been selected and criticized. This research is of content analysis type and is applied in terms of critical implementation. In this regard, first, the creator and descriptive form and content of the work are introduced and then evaluated and analyzed in three dimensions of appearance, structure and content. The evaluation shows that this book, while having its own advantages and strengths, needs to be reviewed and corrected in the above three dimensions, especially the production of appropriate content with general policy analysis.

Danny Rodrik’s “Economics Rules” is a book on the methodology of economics that addresses the do’s and don’ts of modeling in economics because, in his view, models make economics a science. Rodrik’s main point in this book is that different social environments require different models, and economists mistake a model with the model. The method of analysis in this review article is analytical, and the aim is to evaluate the content of the book from the perspective of economic methodology. Some challenging issues in the book include ambiguity and amphibology in the title of the book, model reductionism, diversity of models of economic schools, non-model fields of economics, being scientific by method, ambiguity in the concept of critical assumptions, horizontal or vertical progress of economics in macroeconomics, the problem of economics or economists, and the application of Rodrick’s method in the DSGE model in macroeconomics.
