Although Jack Snyder is a defensive neo-realist, he has kept himself faithful to Waltz's structuralism; his big difference in this work is in his attention to the factors that were compared to the level of the international system and are placed at the reductionist levels. By combining the mentioned levels, the author presents a clearer picture of some countries' causes of war and unjustified expansionism. Among the structures mentioned in Snyder's work, we can mention the differences in the political systems of nation-states and the impact of these differences on their distinct foreign policy behaviors. The author searches for many roots of expansionist decisions in the psychological dimension and examines the possible causes of expansionist thinking in structural impositions, which, from his point of view, are not the primary cause in most cases. In the end, it is important to mention that the expansionist groups of a country often use these impositions to move towards unbridled expansionism with the use of propaganda techniques and exaggerating external risks to mobilize political resources.

Giovanni Gentile is the most important philosopher of fascism. His influential book Origins and Doctrine of Fascism has a key role in the theoretical aspects of fascism. In other words, the significance of this book is providing a theoretical justification of fascism as an ideology. In the present article, by studying the different ideas raised by Gentile, I attempt to clarify how Gentile explains the internal logic of Italian fascism. I will try as much as possible to show how Gentile provides a theoretical support for fascism in Italy. Furthermore, the article has a critical review of this book in the last part.

Addressing the issue of the philosophy of war difficult. In other words, the relationship between Philosophy and war seems to be a difficult one. Alexander Moseley is a Political Philosophy Editor for the IEP (Internet Encyclopedia of Philosophy and he has lectured on the Philosophy and morality of war at several British universities. In his book called The Philosophy of War, he explained why humans fight against each other? He said, what I hope to establish in this work is that the Principles of war’s origins involve all aspects of our nature, culture, and thinking. We fight because we believe in fighting, and our beliefs have to change if we wish to abandon war. The research method in this book and this article is analytical and philosophical. The main question in “The Philosophy of War” is why humans fight and how through changing their beliefs and attitudes toward this devastating and ominous event, they can stand against humans and governments.

The present article intends to critique and analyze one of the central works of Foucault; “Society must be defended”. At first, general thoughts, methods, and works of Foucault have been introduced. Furthermore, we have analyzed the external elements which affected Foucault theories like the social and political events of his life and theories of Marx, Weber, and Nietzsche. Moreover, we have paid attention to internal analysis of abovementioned book and recognized its critical points so concepts like racist discourse, governmental racism, and bio-power have been analyzed. At last, we have critiqued the form, structure, and content of the book. For instance, in some cases, we face inconsistency between different sections of the book.
