Abstract;
In English-language literature, the term economic resistance utilized for economic blockade and sanctions and economic resilience used to mean to preserve performance, and the ability to recover after the shock. In recent years, economic resilience mainly applied in the following areas: climate change, natural disasters, food security and agricultural shocks, conflict, water scarcity, urban resilience, infrastructure resilience and economic resilience-measuring index are used. Moreover, in the foreign texts, awareness, diversity, self-regulation, integration and the ability to adapt, discussed as elements of economic resilience strategy. The main criticism to the foreign texts in the field of economic resilience include: lack of comprehensive view in the definition and analysis of economic resilience, conseof resistance and resilience and structure bottlenecks, capacity building for resilience and macroeconomic policies for economic resilience
