This article aims to review the book Noam Chomsky: nature and language, edited by Adriana Belletti and Luigi Rizzi. Despite all the ups and downs during the past seven decades, generative grammar is still recognized as the dominant language studies approach, particularly in North America. In the course of this book, first, a general outline of generative grammar is introduced. It follows by roots of the generative theory language, its prospects, and the challenges ahead. It then continues with an interview with Noam Chomsky done by the editors of the volume, raising critical issues about generative linguistics and the future of the theory. This article includes an overview of theoretical linguistics, emphasizing the evolution of generative grammar. Next, the structure and content of the book are examined, followed by an evaluation of the appearance and content. At the end of the article, the overall view on this book is concluded.

The Book “Dewdrop and the Echo of Breeze” is relatively a complete review of rules of Arabic Language, especially Syntax, and Abd Allah ibn Yusuf ibn Hisham known as Ibn Hisham Ansari (1308-1360 AD) wrote it in the eighth century AH. And Various descriptions have been written on it so far. This book has always been one of the main teaching sources in the Seminary and the University. This indicates the importance of this book in learning the rules of Arabic Language. Therefore, the author of this paper decided to make a content analysis of it, and besides regarding its advantages and disadvantages, evaluate its deficiencies by using the instructions of the rules of Arabic Language in the Lexicon and Syntax books. This book, like all human works, has some shortcomings, too. The results show that despite the miscellaneous advantages of this book, it also has some ambiguities that have made its learning difficult for the students. The author proposes to describe and translate it into Persian. So, he undergoes this responsibility and it will be finished in near future.

Grammar and syntax is one of the branches of linguistics which was created with the motivation of correct application and usage of Arabic language specially Qoran language and was led to the appearance of numerous schools and works in this science. One of the contemporary books which has been written in the field of Arabic language teaching is “Alnahvo Alasasi” that was compiled by three Kuwaitian researchers who have written a mediocre limit with a different style in grammar and syntax. In this research, it was attempted to use an analytical-descriptive approach in order to criticize the sources and texts of Arabic teaching. The present paper aims to introduce the book and analyze its different sections such as apparent structure,form, and contents including definitions, problem statement, evidence, exercises, and sources of book. In addition, it aims to bring to the fore not only the advantages of the book such as having a consistent and uniform manner to state some various topics, using simple and fluent texts and diversity in exercises as much as possible, but also the shortcomings such as removing or incomplete expression of some essential issues the lack of observance of principle in simple to difficult arrangement of the exercises, and lack of sources.
