The claims included: using lucid language, comprehensive coverage, a desirable organization of the materials presented and a direct relevance to the Iran’s context. Furthermore, the textbook was also analyzed based on its physical appearance, content, and methodology. The strengths and weaknesses in each domain were categorized and presented. At the end, some recommendations have been made to the authors, in case of any future editions of the textbook by the authors.

In Iran, a large part of the education and guidance of students is achieved through textbooks, which requires a precise and calculated roadmap to achieve it. The document of fundamental revolution of education has been compiled based on these principles and inspired by upstream documents and according to the strategies of the Islamic Republic, and the authors of textbooks are obliged to present the principles and areas of this document in order to achieve this important goal. The field of aesthetic and artistic education is the sixth field in the section of the theoretical model of educational fields of this document. The statistical population in the present study is Persian high school textbooks and the statistical sample is the Persian textbook of the twelfth grade. Qualitative analysis of the present study was performed by deductive coding and classification of data and the unit of analysis in this study was the sentence. To achieve the reliability of the codes, parts of the book were coded by two coders and its validity was done by the method of pluralism and trust-building. Also, the research atmosphere was controlled with the presence of an external judge. Quantitative analysis of the code was performed by SPSS software. According to the analysis, the frequency of sentences that considered this field was 49.11%, which the amount of attention to its principles is unequal and, in some cases, such as directing educators to a special artistic orientation and creativity, is very little. Authors require textbooks.

The production of books and other scientific texts tailored to the requirements of public organizations is an inevitable necessity, due to the special characteristics of these organizations. The book "Human Resource Management in public Organizations" by Darvish (PhD) and Almasifard (PhD) is one of the texts that has been written to address this need. In the present article, this book has been criticized by the descriptive-analytical method. In this regard, first, the authors are introduced, then it is described based on the form and content, and last it is evaluated and analyzed in three dimensions of appearance, structure, and content. By definition, criticism is the task of examining the validity of a work of art or literature. Like other disciplines, it is based on specific rules and regulations. Once a work is criticized, its strengths and weakneses are revealed. In this regard, ‘Azf Ala Vatar el-Nas ol-Sheri’ (Playing the Strings of Poetry) by Omar Mohammad al-Talib is evaluated as a book that seeks to grasp the content through the text analysis. The analysis is conducted by sticking to various aspects of literary criticism and avoiding theoretical subjects. The present study aims to evaluate the book for its strengths and weak points in an objective and unbiased manner. The research method is descriptive for the structure and descriptive-analytical for the content of the book. As the results of the content analysis indicate, the author’s goal is successfully fulfilled. Textbook criticism is of great importance and status. The book “Conjugation 2”, written by Ahmad Pashazanoos, while addressing issues related to the name, has tried with exercises at the end of each lesson to provide the audience with the opportunity to explore the material presented in practice. This book is a continuation of the book “Conjugation 1” by the same author. The present article critiques the two levels of form and content of this book by descriptive-analytical method and relying on the descriptive analysis approach. All the strengths and weaknesses of the book in the two areas of form, content and mistakes of the author have been pointed out by presenting documents and examples of the book. Finally, in general, this book can be called a scientific package that tries to provide inflectional content by deductive method (mentioning the rule and then providing an example witness( and the role of meaning and subtle semantic differences in different inflectional forms are insignificant.

The book “Educational Management: Theory, Research, and Practice”, authored by Ali Shirazi, has been an attempt to address the lack of educational management resources. The purpose of this review is to analyze and illustrate the strengths and weaknesses of the book. It is a good work, but it also suffers from shortcomings that can add to the richness of the book’s discussions. The author of the book has appropriately used the terms and the equivalence of foreign words, with few exceptions, which are acceptable in accordance with the approved headings. The content is consistent with Islamic and Iranian values. The book does not deal with the history of the field and theories in educational management; it does not examine the major published works of educational management and thus does not provide a comprehensive picture of educational management in Iran and the world. Also, epistemological advances in educational management and knowledge production have not been made in previous centuries. Unfortunately, unlike the good title of the book, it is unlikely that students will be able to read a comprehensive understanding of the unique features of educational management and a systematic understanding of applied and theoretical knowledge in the field. It is hoped that the next edition will promote the development of new topics in the field of educational management in order to assist in the preparation of the curriculum for school leaders.

In the curriculum of Iran, the Persian Literature lessons and its textbooks play a significant role. At the same time, poetry is very important in Persian literature. For these reasons, this paper intends to describe analytically the Persian Literature books of this period in a quantitative and qualitative way to examine the status of poetry and the intellectual and aesthetic approaches of the selected poems. We want to know if the poems in these books have the ability to portray an appropriate, transcendent, and realistic picture of Persian poetry in students’ minds. The results indicate that the books in question are mostly prose-based. The selected poems are mostly devoted to epic, patriotic and revolutionary literature, and from an intellectual and aesthetic point of view, they may not be attractive enough to encourage students to read and enjoy textbooks in class. Due to the inappropriate distribution of poems in literary genres, styles of poetry, poetry formats, and poems of Persian books, this course does not show the correct face of Persian poetry to the audience. In terms of the status of the poets and their works, there are also many criticisms of the three books. Therefore, this study emphasizes the necessity of revising and modifying the textbooks studied.

If resistive economy studies want to solve our country's practical problems, they should at least have some properties: First, they must have strong theoretical foundations, second, they must provide solutions based on the country's challenges, third, each one must focuses on a particular area, and finally, it should be done by professional researchers in this study area. This paper reviews 76 scientific articles in the field of resistive economy in eight axes. Findings include: Major focus on the Leadership statements, Lack of attention to key problems of Iran’s economy, Lack of operational solutions, Lack of holistic approach, Lack of case studies, Shallow economic performance evaluation studies, Lack of specialized writers and ultimately Lack of comprehensive understanding of resistive economy. In short, it seems that content analysis research has overtaken economic theories and economy realities. The present study intended to promote the discourse of resistive economics by using the four epistemological sources of Islamic knowledge, the intellectual system of leadership, economic knowledge, and practical experience at the same time. Monitoring the resistive economy studies is a very important factor in promoting the concept of resistive economy. Finally, it is proposed to help build a discourse to measure resistive economy in the country.

This article analyzed critical papers related to the political-social issues of Iran. The purpose of the research was to identify the observance level of the fundamentals of criticism and scientific evaluation in critical papers. The method was content analysis, and the statistical population consisted of 123 articles, all critical texts published in various sources over the past three decades and available to researchers. Findings of the research showed that in 56.7% of the critical papers both the strengths and weaknesses of the works have been considered, and in the rest of the papers, only strengths or weaknesses have been considered. Also, in 65.8 percent of the papers, it is focused on the author's critique (positive or negative). In addition, only 14.2% of the papers have been provided with suggestions and solutions to address the shortcomings of the studies. Accordingly, it should be argued that there is still a long way to follow the rules of scientific critique and impartiality and avoidance of biased judgments in the criticism of books related to the political-social changes in Iran and the criticism of other works.

The present study tries to evaluate and pinpoint the structural and content weaknesses and strengths of the book, entitled (Talim Alloghatol Arabiya Lennateghina Begheyreha), authored by Ali Ahmad Madkoor and Iman Ahmad Haridi. To do so, first, the standard criteria for writing an educational book are introduced, then the extent to which this book has benefited from those criteria is evaluated using the content analysis approach. Some results of the study show that the book does not satisfy 59 main criteria, satisfies 39 and meets only 6 criteria partially. Besides, the topic of the book reveals that it contains both theoretical and practical issues related to teaching Arabic language to non-Arab language learners. The analysis of the introduction part indicatrs that the book does not clarify the significance of the book nor does it review the similar books in the area of the topic.

The book “the History of Arabic Literature in Hadith Era” written by Nader Nizam Tehrani is about the history of Arab contemporary literature. In this book, by considering contemporary literary events and movements and also pointing to the poets of the era, the author tries to present an overall picture of Arab literary life. The study of the book shows that like other written works, this book cannot be considered the best of its kind and has some deficiencies which should be resolved in the next editions. In this article, by considering different dimensions of the work, taking an impartial approach and applying logical principles necessary for a scientific critique, the author tries to see to what extent the original writer (of the book) had adhered to the scientific standards of writing, and how he has used them to realize pedagogical goals. Furthermore, by evaluating the book as a pedagogical resource, the author of the article will determine to what extent it holds the features of a technical and specialized work.
