We thank him for that. The following essay is also written in the form of literature in response to that article. Some criticisms are acceptable, and certainly the suggestions made in the reprint will certainly apply. However, some of the critiques can be explained. First, we have quoted the critique as a quote from the critic's article, mentioning the page number, and then we have reviewed that critique under the title of \"Critique Criticism.\"

The eloquence such as grammar and syntax were created, at first, for understanding the secrets and mysteries of holy Quran and its rhetorical miracle aspects by considering the Quran and also the ignorance verses; but they were gradually applied in other poetry and prose in Arabic texts and compiled in the forms of coherent rules and finally this process caused the existence of valuable books. One of these valuable books was Javaher Al-balaghah, written by Sayyed Ahmad Hashemi, which was used as the best textbooks in teaching the eloquence. Hence it has been published many times. In spite of what is mentioned, the book, similar to any other human written works, has some defects and inaccuracies. It is investigated and shown in the present article that some of definitions and the expressions of the book are insufficient or inaccurate according to educational courses of old books in the field of Arabic eloquence in the three title of eloquence-simile, metonymy and allegory. The investigation illustrated that the writer, in case of rhetorical subjects, did not define some expressions but the major inaccuracies and deficiencies of the book are related to the writer’s examples in which the readers can realize his negligence even after a little thinking and comparing to the other testifiers of the book.

In Arabic Syntax, a ‘Sentence-like structure’ Phrase refers to a time or place adverbs, or noun complements. This concept and its form necessitates a brief look at concepts such as sentence, discourse, predication, combinations, composites, role of similitude in Arabic syntax. Since time and place adverbs, and noun complements are instances of combinations, and because they are made up of either two nouns, as in “end-dak”, or a noun and a proposition, as in ‘fed daar’;and since the propositional component as well as the adverbial component are not qualified to act as a subject or a predicate; and since they don’t bear any predication, but only a superficial similarity exists between their structure and a sentence; only similarity between them and a sentence is the link between their two components; and since they are not singular and they are similar to a sentence; and since there is no predication, therefore, they are not sentences. In other words, they are sentence-like structures. Moreover, because a phrase has no predication, it may accept a variety of features; it can be linked to whole or partial predicative combinations. As such as, it can have predication, and on this basis, it sometimes appears in the beginning, as in ‘Robba rajolen ghaem’, and sometimes as a predicate, as in ‘Zayd fed-daar’. Furthermore, since a sentence-like structure doesn’t bear any semantic and conceptual independence, it needs a word to provide meaning. Therefore, a need for the belonging, the belonged and the belonging-to is felt; and the stronger the belonged entity, more stable, more feasible, and more powerful the meaning will be. So, the first level of belonging and the best and highest aspect thereof is considered to be the belonging to a verb and verb-like form. However, experts in syntax believe that if the belonged is a common masculine, or a proper masculine or a released verb, then, the time or place adverb is an unlimited adverb; and if the belonged is a released common verb, the adverb is a limited adverb. When dealing with a limited adverb, the corresponding meaning bears an appropriate position and independence, it may be accessible through the concept of combination. In case of adverb, there is no semantic independence, therefore, it should be given meaning by considering the belonged and the belonging-to.

Teaching “Nahj al-Balaghah” as one of the major branches of Islamic literature has been considered in Iranian universities for more than three decades in form of compulsory and optional course. One of the common and almost traditional teaching methods of this great text is to express its religious teachings and the underlying wisdom, faith and educational points. Nahj al-Balaghah is known as an important branch of the Arabic literature in classification of the texts, so paying attention to the literary aspects of “Nahj al-Balaghah” is essential in its teaching. This is because with the help of efficient and modern teaching methods, the professors can increase the student’s skills like proper text reading, semantic understanding, literary taste and recognizing stylistic features of Imam Ali’s (pbuh) speech. Today, theorists and specialists in the field of literature teaching have offered effective strategies for teaching “Nahj al-Balaghah”, which both consider teaching its content and cover the literature of this great text. Thus, the present study seeks to introduce these strategies and find out to what extent they have been implemented in Tehran universities. The main tool in this descriptive-analytical research is a questionnaire. Some of the most important findings of the present research show that “Nahj al-Balaghah” is not taught as a literary text in the universities, but rather its contents are considered and paid attention to.

The Iranian scholars and students’ increasing interest to the history of Arabic literature increases the importance of translating and compiling estimable and original works in this area. Literary figures or rhetorical ornament are those devices which are employed by men of letters to adorn their language. These figures are not a part of language but are the product of time and environment where language grows and flourishes. Considering the closeness of Persian and Arabic languages and the existing evidence one can say that almost all Arabic literary figures are also used in Persian. The way these figures are introduced in Persian shows that they are presented sometime withThe same names and functions as in Arabic;Name less used in Arabic;New names or a translation of Arabic names;Somehow altered function;A completely different function. In this research it is shown, however, that some Arabic literary figures are not used in Persian. In Persian there are some figures which the Persian speakers have borrowed from other languages and aren’t mentioned in ancient Arabic books written on this subject. On the other hand, modern authors pay less attention. In her study of some samples the researcher in this article highlights the relationship between the science of rhetoric and this science showing that in both languages the issues of the above science deal also with literary figures. The article finally proves that rhetoric for the first time was introduced as an independent science in Arabic language and the speakers of Persian followed the Arabic example.

Reviewing of the college textbooks has an effective role in promoting the educationally defined goals and revising the teaching methods according to the needs of the audience and helps the textbooks to come closer to realizing the pre-set goals. College textbooks are particularly important due to their specific audience and as such demand great care in their writing process. Considering the need that some humanities disciplines have to the Arabic grammar books, reviewing such books is a great help in improving the teaching methods of Arabic grammar. Hence, the book "The usage Rules of Arabic Language" by Seyyed Fazlollah Mirghaderi and Zahra Riahi was chosen to be introduced to the audience and be reviewed for its deficiencies in terms of perspectives and writing errors. Thus, after an introduction on the Arabic grammar books, first the book is introduced and then the main features and shortcomings of it are elaborated on.

Today, the significance and importance of correct and rational criticism in improving and reformation of the quality level of science and different technologies is not hidden from anyone. Particularly when it is about the important and fundamental elements of society, including educational sections, its importance is considered to be much higher. In this manner, because of their applicable wide range and their role in promotion of the country’s scientific level, critiquing textbooks and instructional materials seems like an inevitable necessity. A critical review of the book “Simple Morphology” shows that although this valuable book includes some positive features and has scientific value, in some aspects needs reformation and revision such as: applicability of the exercises and adjusting them, correct writing of Arabic orthography, observance of scientific research method principles such as writing prologue, correct reference of entries, providing a list of resources, and clarification of some issues which is one of main features of scientific literature.

The prospect of each literature is not separable from its present and past; because most of the time, the literature of each nation considers the period of time in the past when its development and its essence have been set. We don’t want to discuss the prospect of the contemporary Arabic poetry or that this prospect depends on its past, as a dogma in mind, nor we want to set the definite border on the basis of “only is this”, and “not except this”; because the literature of each generation considers its past generations’ literary and intellectual achievements, yet it understands itself and its times and creates new, vital, and fundamental change and transformation.

If the book were in Persian and if the poets’ poems and words attributed to Imam Ali were translated in Persian, it would address a wide range of people in Iran.Among the defects of this book are: to quote Imam Ali’s word from Sharh-e Ibn-e Abi al-Hadid and Ghorar al-Hekam rather than Nahj al-Balāgha, to quote poetry poems from secondhand sources, not selecting the better examples from Imam Ali’s words, repetition some themes, and specially the semantic irrelevance between some poems and Imam Ali’s words which have been represented as an example of impressionability from his words.
