Abstract
This paper assesses the content as well as the Persian Translation quality (TQA) of Fables of the Ancients by A. Dundes. Dundes tried to show that Qur''''''''''''''''an, and especially its stories, is rooted in the stories of other religious books, and hence, it can be viewed from the perspective of oral literary theories. But for some reasons, Dundas does not succeed in examining the Qur''''''''''''''''an as folklore. This essay, on the one hand, tries to study Dundes'''''''''''''''' views and opinions about the Quran as a book, especially his research methodology, in the light of the the other Quranic scholars'''''''''''''''' opinions, and on the other hand, is  a kind of assessment of the quality of its Persian translation at the lexical, syntactic, and semantic levels. Dundes'''''''''''''''' analysis and explanation of the the Qur''''''''''''''''anic tales is considered superficial. Generally, Dundes has paid much attention to the unique stylistic features of the Quranic discourse, and how these features are employed as a vehicle for a specifically religious message. However, the more the translator comes to the end of the book; the more her translation becomes coherent, acceptable, and communicative. However, the translation still needs to be edited once again.

Hamed Khani (Farhang Mehrvash)

Abstract One of the most famous works in Iran from the beginning of the 1960s until now is Man the Unknown by Alexis Carrel. With the passage of 70 years since the first Persian translation, the market boom of this work has not yet been lost, and at the same time, its content and function in Iranian society have not been ever analyzed. This study is the first step toward this goal. By reviewing the evidence of Iranians' attention to the book, this study aims to defend this hypothesis that the widespread promotion of the book was followed by Islamist movements as a result of important theoretical implications of the work in favor of their Theology. Followers of such movements wanted to compensate the poverty of literature and theoretical weaknesses in representing a native and modern human theory by taking advantage of Carrel's book. As we will reveal in this study, with the development of the discourse of Islamic humanities, this book has been considered as confirming the necessity of choosing an Islamic humanities instead of "western humanities".

Abstract Examining and criticizing textbooks is of particular importance due to its position in achieving the goals of educational systems and its foundation in improving the quality of  edification and educational content. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate these resources using accurate criteria. The current research, based on scientific indicators, has criticized the book "Methods of Teaching Religious Doctrines (Heavenly Gifts), which was published by the Organization for the Study and Compilation of University Books in Islamic and Human Sciences (SAMT) for the field of Educational Sciences in 2013. The selected indicators include content, structural, formal, linguistic and method indicators. The research results show: this book has limited strengths in formal and linguistic indicators. But the very serious weaknesses of the book in all formal, linguistic, content, structural and method indicators are completely obvious. Among others, it is possible to point out the lack of updating of data, scientific problems, incorrect citations, incoherence of content and inapplicability. The lack of these indicators is such that it rejects the "scientific and educational" nature of the book. Therefore, this book lacks the most basic reviews of academic textbooks. It is suggested that a new book be written for this course based on the indicators of academic textbooks and the curriculum of religious education and training of the primary period.

Abstract The part of Asia that for various political and geographical reasons has been called by various names such as Middle Asia, Central Asia and the heart of Asia, after the collapse of the USSR and the formation of new independent states in the region, provided new opportunities in various economic, cultural, political and religious aspects for the major players in world politics, as well as giving rise to questions and ambiguities about how to take advantage of these opportunities. Since the knowledge of history is at the core of the solution to any problem in human relations, the study of the history of this region has also been the focus of some political institutions and academic forums. Abstract Today about the manner of applying the inheritance of  old eloquence in academic circles, there is a difference of opinion among researchers. Some of them believe in laying aside this rhetorical inheritance and following the new western eloquence. The other group believes old eloquence should become the basis and new findings of linguistics and  stylistics should be ultilized and a communication between both of them should be established. The book "Al Benyat Al Motehavelat fi Albelaghat Al Arabia"written by Osameh Al Bohayri tries to use the second view to make a bridge between old eloquence  and new findings of western lingual and  rhetorical. This article extracts author 's perspective  by descriptive analytical method and then criticizesit Research  findings show that change  in Sakaki's classification, attention to exiting the necessity of appearance in rhetoric, attention to inner structure of text, proceeding with the role of the reader in deviation from norms and the prominence of norm-avoidance in contemporary literary discourse are the  most important features of the book. Numerous typing mistakes, choosing unsuitable fonts, not having a list of standards and poetries, are the most important defects of the book. In the introduction of book, the writer emphasizes that in his rhetorical analysis, he has adopted the text itself as a basis, but in the book there is no sign of adopting the text as a basis as a unit of rhetorical analysis.

Abstract The Order of Things: An Archeology of Human Sciences is the fifth and one of the most important works of Michel Foucault. The purpose of this article is to review and criticize the book. The research method in this article is "qualitative content analysis" and gathering information by documentary study . The Order of Things follows the archeological analysis of knowledge and the analysis of episteme, which examines it through the analysis of two important breaks in the episteme of Western culture in the three realms of language, natural sciences and economics.  The book has been criticized both for its descriptive approach and for its  negligence of  causality and for its opposition to the mainstream thought of the time. Although Foucault turned to "genealogy" in his later works, he transformed and modified archeology and did not abandon it. The work was first translated from English to Farsi by Yahya Emami, and then from French by Fateme Valiani. Valiyani is more successful in translating into the target language and is more accurate in translating the equivalents, but some of her  chosen words are not so well established in the Persian language compared to  Emami. In addition to a critical view  of the book, the article also criticizes the form and content of the translation.

The results of the investigations show that this work has been able to cover comprehensive content with practical examples in the field of marketing research with a fluent text. This book includes articles from management figures  such as Fayol, Taylor, Simon, Follett and so on which distinguishes it from other books in the field of organizational theory. In this book, the presentation of generalities at the beginning of every chapter by Schafritz and  Steven Ott along with  the presentation of related articles in every viewpoint  and  presentation of the sources in the end of every article will help to better summarize the content for readers. The disadvantage of translating the book is that its references  were from 1896 to 1990. The newer editions of the English book is available and although two chapters and a collection of articles have been added to the new edition, the  translation of the book needs to be updated.

Abstract The present article criticizes the "descriptive glossary of inlay" by Nasrin Tabatabai with a critical descriptive approach. The book was written in 2003. In this regard, the formal and structural aspects of the book in terms of observing the principles of scientific writing as well as content in terms of the importance of the content and what it is have been studied. In a situation where library studies on inlay  are few and with ambiguities, the writing of sources, although with shortcomings, have spiritual values for inlaying. In this book, the author has been able to collect and describe the specialized vocabulary of inlay for the first time, which is valuable and admirable; but at the same time, there are shortcomings in the presentation method, , insufficient and incomplete descriptions in the definitions of specialized words and terms, and the lack of some necessary words. Formally, in terms of writing style, citation system, non-Iranianization of some words, etc. can be seen in the book. Also, in terms of content, there are problems such as the lack of a precise demarcation between the definitions of some entries, the presentation of some short and incomplete definitions, the lack of some necessary words, the lack of proper references and the lack of a list. This research, in addition to explaining the deficiency, has also tried to redefine the words.
