The purpose of this study is to review the book “Theoretical Foundations of Educational Technology” authored by Dr. Hashem Fardanesh. For this reason, the book's two dimensions of form and content have been critically explored. Observance of writing and spelling rules, fluency of the text, English-Persian dictionary, and thematic index can be considered as the apparent advantages of the mentioned work. However, providing a preface, stating the main purpose of the work, introduction, and objectives of each chapter, summarizing, questions to evaluate the audience and more appropriate design of the cover can help make it more desirable in appearance. In terms of content, this work has advantages such as logical order and internal coherence, attention to the basics of this field, appropriate phrase choices, and attention to credible sources. Update the definition of educational technology, and provide content related to the concepts of systems, learning, and performance; Uniformity of citation style, clearer presentation of some drawers, and appropriate styling of titles can enrich this book's content. In general, this work is a valuable work for the initial acquaintance with the theoretical foundations of educational technology, and to some extent, it can acquaint the readers with the general and basic frameworks of this field.

According to the concept of trust in management since the 1980s and over the last few decades, different angles and approaches have been studied. Trust is an essential factor for individual and organizational success. Trust among individuals and employees is a result of stability, unity, and intra-organizational cohesion, performance upgrades the efficiency and effectiveness of groups and grounds of cooperation, participation, and communication. This study aimed to design a model of intera-organizational trust through collective action in the education of Tehran. This research is applied research in terms of purpose and is survey-exploratory and qualitative research. The population of the study consisted of senior managers of the department of education in Tehran university professors, and advisors, who were interviewed in depth. The selection of experts and interviews with them continued until theoretical saturation and then stopped. In this research, since the grounded theory method was used, the main tool for data collection was in-depth interviews with experts. Finally, after three open, axial and selective coding, the conceptual model of research was designed. So far, no study has been done on this connection in the department of education in Tehran. This model is classified as causal, axial, contextual, strategic, and consequential variables. The findings showed that education of Tehran, in order to enhance intera-organizational trust, can leverage the collective action within and between layers of the structure of your organization.

Governments have commitments with respect to the natural rights of individuals. The right to religion and the right to knowledge are two of the citizens’ natural rights which can be defined in compliance with the constitution. Hence, religion and knowledge are among the subject matters of fundamental rights in the Iranian as well as the French revolution. Each of the two revolutions has enjoyed the concept of faith and ideology to such an extent that they have influenced various areas and arenas after the revolution. Therefore, this paper is based on the hypothesis that the two revolutions of 1789 and 1979, one being against religion and the other for it, have had similar impacts on culture and in particular public understanding. In this regard, paying attention to the central role of the state commitments in strengthening and reducing the costs of a believer citizen can serve as an explanation concerning the extent of such impact in the present situation.Keywords: Iran, France, Law, Religion, Education, Laïcité.Governments have commitments with respect to the natural rights of individuals. This article is a review of the Routledge Handbook of Planning Research Methods. The review attempts to summarize the content of the book and to show how understanding the methodology affects the work of academics and professionals. Among other methodology books, The Routledge Handbook is a genuine reference and the reasons can be summarized as follows: Unlike other dominant sources, this book has specifically explored the relations in the field of planning and stays within the discipline. It has also attempted to promote methodology from rigid and homogeneous entities to academics to the dynamic practices in the personal, social, and professional lives of researchers. Numerous articles in the book are mostly concerned with the link between theory and practice, and to establish this link they underpin the research production process. In the end, a brief evaluation of the content of the book is made and the necessity of incorporating it into the formal planning pedagogy is stated.

Contemporary compositions as history of literature and biography books are very important in introducing literary figures and their literary styles and can be considered as reference books for researchers. Therefore, their contents should be readily compiled by the necessary structural and contextual components. This article, by reviewing these components in one of the works of Al-Ashmawi, a leading Egyptian professor in the field of literary critique, intends to carefully consider the form and content of the book a'a'lam ala'db ala'rbi alhdith watjahathm alfniah. In this regard, through descriptive-analytical method, it clarifies the effectiveness of this work as an educational book for Arabic literature students and researchers. Despite the achievements of this work on the basis of the special critical approach of Al-Ashmawi regarding the importance of personal experience and the chimerical analysis in literary criticism, as well as the discussion including four important areas of literature, this book has some deficiencies in the case of its structural and contextual components, the most important of which include the limited number of references, lack of referencing and lack of formal comprehensiveness, especially lack of having a list of references at the end of book; hence, it cannot be considered as a comprehensive reference among the main reference of Arabic language and literature curriculum.

The main purpose of this paper is to examine and evaluate the book of Education and Development: The New Issues in Educational Economics, compiled by Arani Miner and Sarkar Arani from Nashr-e-Nay Publishing. This book is one of the few works published in the field of economics. The review and evaluation of the book have been carried out based on the questionnaire for reviewing the texts and books of the Humanities Review Council in terms of form, structure, and content evaluation. Overall, the results of the survey show that the book has a decent quality despite some minor downsides in terms of structure and content. However, the need to improve the quality of the book in future publications should be considered in the final suggestions of the paper, especially, in the field of education economics and the impact of human development on economic growth. Appropriate analysis is also needed to reform policy-making in terms of the structure of trusted institutions, and to change their approach to efficient human resource training and to allocate sufficient credits to the book in light of the global experience.

One of the main functions of the educational system the implementation of which at schools and educational centers of the country is confronted with various difficulties and misunderstandings is art education of students. Obviously, art education has positive and constructive effects for students, so it should not have a subordinate or marginal role in curriculum, and close attention should be paied to it in the educational system of the country. However, over the past few years, some scientific and research efforts have been made to introduce and recognize the status of art education and the need to pay close attention to it in the educational system of the country. Writing a book titled “Art Curriculum and Instruction in Education” is one of these scientific endeavors. In this article, the book has been reviewed and criticized. The strengths and weaknesses of its content and form were also specified. In sum, in terms of the structure and type of organizing the contents, characteristics of writing, the design of the basic issues of art education, explanation of its role and necessity, especially from its cognitive and non-cognitive results, as well as determining the role and place of the main elements of curriculum in art education, this book has necessary strengths. On the other hand, in terms of the number and extent of its repetition and the similarity of its content with some other works of the authors, the vagueness of parts of the content, the use of translated articles and the lack of attention to the realities of art education in the Iranian educational system, this book has some deficiencies. Definitely, the elimination of these disadvantages will increase the effectiveness of this book.

Curriculum planning in Teaching Arabic Language in Iran is very rare in comparison to it in Arabic countries. The book titled: “The Reference in Teaching Arabic to the Speakers of Other Languages” is one of the most important books in this field in the Arab World. In this article, it is tried to study and criticize this book. So, the strong and weak points of this work will be explained through content analysis, and the discussed issues of the book will be compared with the English books in curriculum planning. The results of the research indicate that the approach of the authors of the book is cultural. In fact, they could provide the Islamic-Arabic framework for teaching Arabic Language to the speakers of other languages through localizing the Western theories and methods of curriculum planning. One of disadvantages of this book, according to its content analysis, is the lack of discussing and studying the main component of “Need Assessment” in the curriculum planning, and the lack of some essential issues such as the methods of teacher training, evaluation, and the improvement of their performance.

This study is attempted to review the book “education in NahjulBalagha” by “AbdAlmajidZahadat”. The importance of this review is in its topic concerning education in NahjulBalagha. The significance of this review is also due to the point that this subject is the academic unit both in master’s and PhD programs in philosophy of Islamic education. The objective of this research review is to detect the strengths and weaknesses of the work as an academic textbook and to help it be corrected and completed so as to be used in education and research courses of higher education. The review method was citation analysis based on the review model proposed by Institute of Humanities and Cultural Studies, the council for investigation of humanities books and texts. In this model, a “general introduction”is provided and then “form analysis (advantages and shortcomings)” and “content analysis (advantages and shortcomings)” are carried out. The research results reveal that this book is approved concerning its topics and expressing and explaining the documentations. However, regarding content comprehensiveness and its compatibility with the curriculum presented by the ministry of science, research and technologyand thorough and deep consideration of the discussions relevant to Imam Ali’s educational viewpoint in NahjulBalagha requires fundamental revision. Moreover, the content of the book doesn’t cover all viewpoints of Imam Ali in various dimensions of education and training. Therefore, the title of this book is too general for its content.

In this study, descriptive, and analytical, the book "Contemporary Arabic poetry of Mahmoud Darwish Ahmed Shoghi up" by Khalil Mishal Jha has been investigated. In this book, there are many poems it is considered good, but the book has many flaws. Lack of coordination between book and its contents, to overcome the historical overlay rather than analytical approach to the book, grab an Svngry rejection of arbitration little attention to the political, social, cultural, material abundance, and lack of sufficient analysis, the lack of coherence between different parts of the book, not from traditional poetry of poetry, short poem, consistent attention to the lack of critical aspects of contemporary poetry, troubleshooting book. The results obtained from this study indicate that the book is an analytical book on Arabic poetry is. And more of a selection of textbooks and educational literature.

Human sciences have lots of deficiency in our educational system. Educational sciences as a part of human sciences, tried to educate efficient people who their talent have to actualize as a sign of god perfection in power. Paying attention to God Commandment is required to be succeed in this affair. In addition, consequences of scientific researches in educational sciences have to be considered. In this case, three Islamic educational approaches are specified. In this article, first we discuss about human sciences, human and its nature as a basic subject of human sciences, the relation between educational sciences and religious sciences.
