چکیده

ذبیح‌الله منصوری (1365 ـ 1274) ـ روزنامه‌نگار و مترجم ـ به دلایلی، ازجمله سبک ویژه در ترجمة متون ادبی و تاریخی (به‌دلیل نوع نگاه و دیدگاه مخاطب‌مدار در ترجمة متن)، حجم وسیع تألیفات، و برخورداری از طیف گسترده‌ای از خوانندگان، نامی برجسته و قابل بحث در تاریخ ادبیات و مطبوعات ایران است. در مقالة حاضر، پس از بیان مختصری از زندگی‌نامه و معرفی آثار این مترجم و ذکر دیدگاه‌ها و واکنش‌های متفاوت مورخان و مترجمان دیگر به شیوة خاص او در ترجمة متون، سعی شده است برمبنای شواهد و نمونه‌هایی از متون اصلی و متون ترجمه‌شده، سبک و نحوة ترجمة او به‌ویژه در ترجمة متون تاریخی، تحلیل و بررسی انتقادی شود.

چکیده [English]

Zabi-ollah Mansouri ( 1274-1365) , journalist and translator,  is well- known and distinguished in history of literature and journalism in Iran due to several reasons, like unique style in translating literary and history texts ( for his reader-oriented point of view in translation ), translating and compiling a large number of books, and attracting different range of readers. In this article after presenting a short summary of this translator’s biography and introducing his works, views, and different reactions of other translators and historians to his unique style, his style and method in translation, particularly history texts has been analyzed and criticized on the basis of samples from the original texts and their translations.
